Yes! If this is your first time in to see us, or if it's been at least a year since you’ve been in, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service start time so that we can have you fill out & update your intake form. We’ve got complimentary wine, beer and other drinks to enjoy while you fill out those forms. We want to make sure that you receive every minute of your service time!
-
We understand things happen, however it’s often the case that we won’t be able to give you your original full service time. Your provider will give you as much of the remaining service as they can once you arrive and are checked in.
-
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours before your service, there is no charge. If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours until your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service price. For this reason, we require a credit or debit card on file in order to book with us.

In order to maintain peace and tranquility throughout the spa, we ask that you mute your phone while in the building and take all calls outside.

Yes! We love booking wedding parties and large friend groups, we just need information regarding the group size and date desired to start the booking process.
-
We do have diffusers currently set up in the lobby, waiting room and all service rooms. Should you have an allergy to any essential oils, please inform us ahead of booking your appointment so we can ensure that we try our best to limit the exposure for you. We can have your provider keep the room aromatherapy-free as well.
-
We do not process claims or accept insurance; however, we are happy to provide clients with a receipt to present to their healthcare provider for possible reimbursements.
-
Most body treatments (massages, facials, wraps, etc.) cannot be performed until 8 weeks post-op if anesthesia was involved. We require a doctor’s note if it’s before 8 weeks and, depending on the service you’re requesting & surgery you’ve had, may be required after 8 weeks as well.
-
Typical spa gratuity is 15-20%, though any tip is greatly appreciated!
Massage
-
Arrive to the spa however you are most comfortable. For the service itself, your massage therapist will advise you to undress to your comfort level. Most clients receive massage while wearing underwear or in the nude. Your massage therapist is trained in secure & discreet draping and only the areas actively being worked on will be uncovered.

Our average regular client comes in every 4-6 weeks for a massage and 90 minutes is our most popular length of massage. We do see some people every week (or multiple times a week!) whereas some people might only make it in once or twice a year.
-
All Custom Massages include hot towels, a heated massage table and warm Mother Earth pillows to help you relax and enjoy every minute!
-
Swedish is an overall relaxation massage–the pressure would be Light to Medium at most and can be performed by an esthetician. Custom massage includes a range of pressures, typically Medium to Deep, and includes therapeutic massage. Only licensed massage therapists are allowed to perform Custom Massage.
-
A couples massage is two massages taking place in the same room; each client will have their own table with an LMT working on them. Couples massage is not Tandem or “4-Hands” massage.
-
If the client is pregnant, a Prenatal Massage must be booked. This ensures the safety of both the client and the baby. Depending on how far along the pregnancy is, the table is often set up to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
-
It’s not a dealbreaker, but we typically recommend against eating a heavy meal one hour before your session.
Body Treatments & Wraps
-
Do not shave/wax at least 12-24 hours before your appointment. Wear your hair up. Body scrubs and wraps are recommended before you spray tan, as it will ensure a more even color.
-
Your hair will be coated in oil and wrapped in a towel. It will be recommended to leave the oil in for 24 hours.
Facials & Waxing
-
Breakouts rarely occur unless your skin is congested with blackheads or whiteheads underneath your skin. If this is your situation, you may experience some breakouts, but be assured they won’t last long.
-
We recommend a facial every 3-5 weeks. At this frequency, we can monitor your skin throughout the seasons and help you maintain a healthy and glowing complexion.
-
Some scrubs can be bad for your skin, especially scrubs with shell-type particles like almond or apricot kernels. These contain jagged edges and can actually harm the skin. Most professional exfoliation solutions contain round spheres that will exfoliate your skin without any harm.
-
Some people see results immediately and your skin should feel different right away. If your skin has more advanced, long-term needs such as skin aging, acne or hyper-pigmentation caused by hormonal fluctuation or sun damage, your results may not be immediately visible. However, skin health will continue to improve as you follow the advice of your professional skin therapist and continue your home care regimen.
-
The hair should be at least 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch for best results. If you have coarse hair, it should be closer to 1/2-inch for the first few waxes. Once the hair becomes finer, it can be waxed at a shorter length. If your hair is longer, we recommend shaving the area and booking your waxing appointment for two to three weeks later. It may take up to three waxing treatments to achieve smooth skin due to the fact that hair grows in stages and all of your hair is never at the same stage. It is very important to avoid shaving between waxing appointments, as this will interrupt the process and stimulate the hair growth again.
-
Waxing reduces hair growth when performed every two to four weeks. While shaving crops the hair at the skin’s surface, waxing pulls the hair out at the root so the hair grows back softer, finer and thinner. The more you wax, the less hair grows back.
-
Refrain from taking a shower or bath immediately before the treatment. Soaking the hair will soften it, allowing it to break more easily and making waxing less effective.
Make sure the hair is the appropriate length for waxing.
Make sure that the area(s) to be waxed are clean.
There are certain medications and products that should not be taken or used if you plan to have a waxing treatment soon. Topical exfoliants used on the area to be waxed such as Retin-A, Renova, and hydroquinone, oral acne medications such as Accutane, blood-thinning medications and topical/oral cortisone make the skin more sensitive and increase the likelihood of irritation and other complications. Please check with your doctor if you are unsure if you should be waxed while using a medication.
